I enjoyed the water fitness class. Veronica, the instructor, was so fun and energetic. Ceres In-Shape also has great exercise equipment and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Going in the afternoon isn’t worth it if you have kids—the childcare is almost always at “max capacity,” and there’s usually only one staff member. The weights and equipment are rarely where they’re supposed to be, so you end up wasting time searching for them, which drags your workout out longer than it should. On top of that, it’s always packed.

Parents don’t watch there kids in the pool area let them do whatever they want. Had A altercation with some children’s parents who were just letting them do whatever they want. When I got to the pool it was super clear and clean but when I finally went in to start working out it was all foggy and I almost ran into these Parents child three times. Mind you I’m a teacher so I don’t get mad easily but after the third time I was upset. Both parents tried to yell at me and tell me to move to the shallow side of the pool but I told them I have it reserve the lane I was in. The parents told me I should have let the their children know that I did. I’m not there parent the children should know they need to be considerate of someone comes into a lane that probably means they have it Reserved but no one came up to me to ask me meaning the children or even the parents come up to me and ask if it was OK if they come into my lane can use it I would have totally been fine with that, but after both parents tried to confront me. I told him I was going to speak to a manager and the manager handled it, but the whole altercation should not have happened at all, and the parents should have been able to keep an eye on their child.

They have so much to offer & great hours too. If I had to choose something they could work on, it would be helpful to not be so cold in pool area & rubber mats on floor in locker room to prevent slip & falls

Came here a few years back started coming here again since June Same problem over and over no towels place is dirty
