Highly recommend this charming inn. Staff made us feel instantly welcomed and at home. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Impressed by the quality and quantity of the food at breakfast and the afternoon snacks & to go snacks were thoughtful and appreciated. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

First time stay. Spouse and I wanted a quiet, comfortable place to stay with our dog away from the busy downtown but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Carmel Country Inn completely fit the bill! Lovely spot, spacious room, fantastic tub in bathroom! Staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly to all three of us. The pet run was exceptionally clean and much appreciated. And they took a great picture of our dog for their Facebook page --- and he isn't a fan of getting his picture taken. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has an excellent jetted tub. Parking is great to have onsite. The staff were all awesome. So friendly and courteous. Gave us towels for use on the beach , and beach toys for the kids. Breakfast was a huge plus each day! Loved it. Would 100% stay again.

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay, felt like we were in a homey cottage. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom had a jacuzzi and spacious layout. A FAN was much appreciated as there’s no AC. The smart TV was a nice touch. The staff was great, location perfect.🤍 🌊

Booked through Airbnb and the host appears unable to cope with international guests. Inadequate property information or directions and host went awol on Airbnb app messaging after 4.30pm. We have E sim data only so unable to make or receive calls and on road trip where internet very sketchy throughout the day. It is a very charming inn and the actual reception staff on property was lovely. They accommodate a lot of dogs though so be prepared for barking..
