Just walking into this place I already felt calm. The employee at the front desk (I feel terrible but I want to say Dianne?) was super friendly and did a great job of explaining everything. Since it was my first time, I didn’t know what to expect, so I was pretty surprised by just how peaceful that float was. Literally the only issue I had was that I’m a bit on the taller side so I bonked the edges once or twice. My girlfriend is tiny so she had no problems whatsoever. She nearly fell asleep. Cannot recommend enough.

I’ve been a member at Float Station for the past three years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my mental well-being. The isolation pod experience is nothing short of transformative. Every time I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed, a session here helps me reset and brings me back to a neutral state. It’s incredible how it declutters my mind and provides me with the clarity I need to tackle whatever life throws at me. The environment at Float Station is serene and inviting, making it easy to unwind from the moment you walk in. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, ensuring that each visit is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. I love it here and highly recommend Float Station to anyone looking to de-stress, recharge, and find some mental peace. Whether you’re new to floating or a seasoned veteran, this place has something special to offer.

I was really skeptical when I first heard about people "floating". It seems pretty odd and the opposite of relaxing! Especially since I tend to get anxious in enclosed dark spaces. But I'm all about new experiences! I was able to book an appointment that day which was really great! They have a private lot which is awesome because parking in Downtown Campbell can get so hectic. Right when you walk in, theres a basket with comfy sandals and a bench for you to take off your shoes. This was also new for me but once you entered into the lobby everything is so clean and cozy, I can tell they really want you to feel at home. I had a lot of questions which Monica was so nice to answer! She answered all my little questions about the water, cleaning, etc. I also have eczema so I was concerned about my skin and she assured me that they are prepared with everything I'd need including vaseline to cover my eczema and prevent sting from the salt water. While waiting for my float time I was very relaxed in their lobby, they play soothing music and have a fun aquarium show on the TV. When it came time for my float, I first went to the restroom and in there they also have makeup wipes, hair dryers, combs, towels, etc. The room you're in has the pod, a shower, and towels, vaseline, etc. Monica gave me an orientation of what to do for my float and even helped me open up my vaseline packets! Once she left and it was time for my float I did start to get nervous but I got ready and got in. It was really weird at first but to my surprise after a couple of minutes, I was ready to turn off the lights in the pod! I found the most comfortable position was with my hands on my belly, the lights off, and the pod cracked open. I love water and it was just like floating in the ocean at night! The hour went by so fast! But it was also a good amount of time. I was also shocked to find that I wasn't pruney! Something about the salt water doesn't make you pruney! I really did feel like I was floating for the rest of the night. I noticed too on my drive home, while I would usually be upset at stupid drivers, I let every worry roll off my shoulders! I really felt so relaxed. I will definitely be floating again and recommend it to everyone to at least try! Especially if you love swimming or being in the ocean!

Float therapy has become an essential part of my regular self-care and wellness routine, and I genuinely can’t imagine life without it now. I initially tried a deprivation tank looking for relief from chronic neck and back pain—and what started as an experiment has turned into a routine that supports both my body and mind in powerful ways. Each float session brings a deep sense of physical relief. The weightlessness and high concentration of Epsom salt allow my muscles and joints to fully relax, which has significantly reduced the tension and pain I used to deal with daily. It’s one of the few things that provides such consistent, natural pain relief without relying on medication or invasive treatments. Beyond the physical benefits, the mental clarity and calm I experience during and after each float are incredible. It’s become my go-to form of meditation—no distractions, no screens, just stillness. I always leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more present. It’s like hitting a reset button for both my mind and body. The facility itself is always spotless, and that really helps me relax and focus on the experience. The float rooms are immaculately clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel peaceful and private. And I can’t say enough good things about the staff—they’re consistently kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about the benefits of float therapy. They always make me feel welcome and cared for, and their attention to detail really enhances the overall experience. If you’re considering float therapy, I highly encourage you to give it a try—and stick with it. For me, it’s no longer just an occasional treat; it’s a foundational part of how I take care of myself.

I returned back to floating after taking some time away from one of the most important tools I use to regulate my nervous system! I signed up for the monthly membership so that I can come for floatation more regularly. Small parking lot, but if no spots plenty on free parking across the street. Handicapped spot available. Leave your shoes off at the door, slip on some sandals and sit down to relax in the lobby pre-float to decompress from the outside world. The staff is very knowledgeable and explains how to achieve the best float. Drink some water and use the restroom. Rooms are warm and dimly lit for your relaxation, lock yourself in the room, disposable earplugs, showers with shampoo & body wash(pre float) conditioner(post float), wash cloths and towels provided. The pod has lights and Music which both can be turned off once inside, close the door for an hour of bliss floating in the pod of Epsom salt and filtered the temperature of 95°(skin temp) after you float time is over the music and lights will turn so that you can rise up and shower off. Take your time to relax, sip some filtered water before back in the lobby before you go off back into the world. Ask about their membership and gift certificates.
