Great experience with the Calexico crew Pep boys!! Although the shop was full, the service advisor Ivan made some room to get my vehicle oil change on a sunday afternoon. I left the vehicle there and did some errands and got a call back as promised within two hours and picked up my vehicle and super happy to have it ready for the road.Definitely recommend this team and we'll return to do all my oil changes here.

They did a great job replacing all the ignition coils last month (and spark plugs), and today they replaced my rear brake pads, plus oil change, which was much needed. Reasonable price and excellent customer service.

Great experience at Pep Boys! The manager Fernando was friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly without pressuring me. Service was fast, professional, and my car is running great. Definitely appreciate the honesty and customer service. Highly recommend!

I'm not recommended Pep boy's shop in CALEXICO at all I had a very uncomfortable experience with them. besides they're extremely expensive with their services they wanted to charge me almost 2000 dlls for a/c service 😑 which not includes a new compressor, that's crazy in that case I could go straight to the agency though. 🫩 the whole problem with these guys is they believe every single women that stop by there has no clue about mechanics nor about their own cars, but I'm sorry I have known plenty of women who knows alot about mechanics and with their cars too. I'm not coming back to this place never again, Ill Tell my friend to do the same too.

I had a damaged tire on my 2019 Kia Sorento. It's late afternoon in Calexico, CA, so I went to PepBoys for tire repair. After checking out the tire, service person told me it had to be replaced. I agreed, but then I explained to him that I had just bought it at America's Discount in El Centro CA. The person at PepBoys told me that they was going to replace it and then I could go to America's Discount and get another tire with the warranty, and then take their tire back since it was only one day. So I went to America's Discount next morning and replaced the tire with warranty. I went back to PepBoys to return the tire, but then people their told me that the store manager was out and I had to go two days later. When I went back and met the manager, he stated that the tire couldn't be returned since since it was already used. I told we was his employee stated, but finally he gave me a Gift card for the tire. He stated that it could be used by anyone and any time. My daughter needed service for her car and took the gift card to PepBoys. After service needed done she gave him the gift card, but they told her that service was higher cost than gift card, she gave them her credit card for the balance left, but then they got paid whole balance from the credit card and returned the gift card to her without using it. I still have the gift card because but then again I went to PepBoys for another tire repair but then they told me that I had to replace it, but I have warranty for the tire at America's Discount. It's kind of frustrating the way PepBoys is acting now. After several attempts to get a final resolution for the refund of gift card, contacting PepBoys corporation, it seems like they take this issue as a joke and just keep giving false hopes . I'm following up on Gift card issues and don't see serious options to get to the end of my problem. I'll keep waiting for your prompt response from PepBoys.
