Great selection of albums, lightsticks, and merch in general. They even have some signed albums for display, too! Honestly a great experience with very kind employees, and they have great customer service if you order online too! 5 stars, and I would recommend stopping by for a trip if you're in the LA area!

This was my first time there and really loved. There’s so many of my favorite groups i have never wanted to buy so much ever. I will seriously be coming back to this store for sure. The album I go was Kep1er trouble shooter.

the workers here are not really professional and badmouth groups they don’t like in front of customers. about two years ago itzy started playing on the speakers and one of the workers said “UGH not them” and changed it immediately. i was appalled because i had itzy albums in my hand and it was obvious i was a stan. that experience put me off kplace for a long time until recently when i thought they were finally respecting groups equally. however i came in today and the same thing happened, itzy started playing and the workers ran to change it immediately. a few weeks ago when multiple groups released music, including itzy, every new release was played, EXCEPT them. clearly much hasn’t changed. for a kpop store to be this unprofessional in front of paying customers is crazy. no one’s saying you have to like these groups, but you sure are expected to remain professional and not let your personal feelings affect your work and possibly sour others mouths. pretty disappointed that nothing has changed.
