Solid 24 Hour Fitness – clean, friendly, and convenient This location is right next to a movie theater, which is super convenient. It's a bit snug and cramped, but everything is clean and well-kept. Treadmills are a little dated, but the upside is they're never packed – I rarely wait for a cardio machine. The weight room gets busy after work hours, but everyone is surprisingly cordial, waiting their turn and working in when needed. Not the fanciest gym, but it's reliable, clean, and the crowd has good etiquette. Dropping one star only for the older equipment and tight layout. Still a solid choice for a no-drama workout.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Josue and Xander! By far the best customer service experience I’ve had thus far, I felt like family from the moment I was greeted at the front desk. They took the time of day to go the extra mile and show me how I can use the gym as an opportunity for a newer and better lifestyle and I couldn’t be more grateful for that! Thank you so much again! Definitely recommending this gym to everyone I know!

My experience at 24 Hour Fitness has been extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness of this location is unacceptable, especially in the sauna and steam room, which consistently have a strong, unpleasant odor. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s been ongoing and clearly not being addressed properly. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of professionalism from staff. On several occasions, I’ve seen employees ignoring equipment issues and not doing their jobs. There have also been situations that made me uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior in the workplace, which raises serious concerns about the environment, especially for younger staff and members. I’ve tried multiple times to reach management to address these issues, but I’ve received no response. That level of disregard for customer concerns says a lot about how this location is being run. There’s a clear lack of accountability when it comes to both maintenance and overall management. I understand gyms deal with heavy traffic, but that’s exactly why cleanliness, proper staffing, and professionalism should be taken seriously. Instead, this location feels neglected and poorly managed. At this point, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I would strongly recommend that management take these concerns seriously and make immediate improvements, because in its current condition, this gym does not meet basic expectations.

Not only is the gym old, outdated and (let’s be honest) FILTHY, the security there sucks. My locker got broken into and the people at the front desk said “oh ya, I think I know who did it….its this guy who always comes in and then leaves quickly” but when I called the police and made the report, they immediately changed up their story and wouldn’t show camera footage. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I just want to start off by saying I’ve been to multiple gyms and I’ve never seen one in such poor condition. At Most gyms you see an employee cleaning/restocking soap regularly. At this 24hr fitness I’ve never seen an employee cleaning or anything besides lounge at the front desk. It’s upsetting because this gym has a lot of potential but the employees don’t know what they are doing or they just don’t care.
