We had an issue with our hot water heater, pilot light not staying lighted. Got an online appointment for this morning. David, the technician, came out an explained our options. We selected a quick fix replacing thermocouple. David installed new one and we can now have hot water. We understand that our water heater is 14 years old and will have to be replaced in the future. Flow Pro will provide estimates for replacement. Thank you now we can shower.

Flow Pro Plumbing is a top notch business. Joshua was incredibly honest, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time, was very thorough in his inspection and made sure he clearly explained everything to me. It was a 2 day job and again Joshua explained to me what to expect every step of the way. When the work was completed he left everything as clean as possible. He even offered to mop! Top 3 things I loved: 1) Honest and transparent service 2) Friendly and courteous staff(Jasmine was also wonderful!) 3) Efficient, on‑time work. I also took advantage of their annual maintenance plan. With everything that is included, it was too good to pass up. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs that might arise.

I recently had Flow Pro Plumbing install a new Navien NPE-A2 tankless water heater along with a HALO H2Zero Ultimate whole-house water system, and the entire experience with Rudy, Ricardo, and Rodney was outstanding. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. The workmanship speaks for itself — every copper line, vent, strap, and connection was installed cleanly, level, and exactly to code. The tankless heater and HALO system were mounted and plumbed with precision, resulting in an installation that looks better than many commercial jobs. The team took time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and ensure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right and delivering top-tier service. They also kept the workspace clean and respectful throughout the entire installation, which I really appreciated. Great experience with Flow Pro Plumbing! They came out for an inspection and the technician was professional and very thorough.
