I drove over an hour to the Quick Lane in Brawley after dealing with poor customer service at the Indio location, and it was well worth the trip. Holly went above and beyond to get me taken care of quickly after a warranty claim. Professional, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish. Because of this experience, I’ll be bringing my entire fleet here moving forward. Highly recommend!

Took my transit van in for oil change and tire rotation,asked if it could be done by 3 o'clock that day, Holly says sure there's only 3 cars ahead of you. I got there about 215, they hadn't touched it. Finally got out at about 4. Next day low tire pressure sensor comes on, I specifically asked her to make sure they reset whatever they had to as to avoid this. No sticker in the window for next oil change, no paper work showing tire and brake conditions like every other quick lane has done for the past 7 years. There was a note stating brakes were checked and good. 2 weeks later they're grinding, not only did the brakes need to be done, but the rotors were trashed. This place sucks, I'd give them a minus 5, would never go back again

Extremely bad experience. They said $59.00 for an oil change. Although I thought it was a high price, I went ahead and agreed to it. After the service, they said it was going to be $100 because they needed to install a 'special' filter. They said no matter where I went to, it would be the same. I showed them a receipt for my prior oil change somewhere else for $40. They had nothing to say other than they probably used cheaper oil. Never ever trust these shady businesses. Seriously, never again will I do business with these idiots.

Quick Lane has serviced my personal car and my company vehicle. They did what they were susposed to do for the price they quoted. The manager Dave is very knowledgeable, a car guy and former mechanic. I recommend Quick Lane and Dave for any of your auto or truck service requirements.

After waiting nearly a month gathering funds to have them replace a water pump they managed to get it replaced in just a few short hours. After they'd replaced it Dave told me "it might have a blown head gasket"... the thing barely made it to Imperial, CA before over heating and billowing smoke into a gas station where it wouldn't start again. I called Dave back to see what could be done and he gave me a runaround with the "I installed the part" and "it's not my fault that didn't fix it" lines I asked him how he sleeps at night. then i called for a tow they wanted almost $300 for about a 20 min tow and i couldn't afford it because Dave just took over $500 to not fix my car. Then backpacked as much of my belongings as I could carry so i could catch the last bus back to Niland so I could go get some rest. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
