Walked in on a busy Thursday summer morning and before we could close the door were greeted by the manager and seated immediately. Our server was so lovely quick and attentive. That’s why this is our favorite breakfast place!

Food was great, went there for lunch. Was maybe not the best timing on our part, we're looking for a relaxed meal but caught the lunch rush hour. Ireland our waitress was nice and got everything quick and right. Right behind us was a birthday party which left while we were dining. The guy who cleaned up just threw the dishes and silverware loudly into his basket or something, that was quite annoying and loud, right behind our ears. He didn't take long, but still, maybe next time either wait or do it quieter.

Food, service and ambience was exceptional. Waffles where delicious. My daughter loved her chocolate kids pancakes. Coffee was hot and was given a carafee to refill my coffee always keeping it noce and hot.Gil our server was attentive during our entire dining experience. They made my daughters day extra special by surprising us by singing happy birthday to her by me simply mentioning it to our host. Thank you again for the exceptional customer service.

Stopped by IHOP recently and had a really great experience. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. Pancakes were fluffy, portions were generous, and the service was friendly from the moment we walked in. The staff checked on us often and made sure everything was taken care of. Definitely a solid spot for breakfast anytime of the day. Will be coming back again soon!
