It's funny. I went to Kohl's and spent almost $1,400, and nobody even mentioned any discounts or coupons while I was checking out. After I paid, they gave me $240 in Kohl's Cash that I could use the next day. As luck would have it, the next day they were also running a 40% off promotion. I gave the $240 Kohl's Cash to my wife and sent her shopping. Then I was surprised to find out they applied the $240 Kohl's Cash first, and only after that did they apply the 40% discount. That's crazy! It almost defeats the purpose of using both together, because the 40% discount ends up being calculated on a lower amount. It feels like I basically lost 40% of my $240 Kohl's Cash. 😂 They're smart... hahaha. Khols will not give you a coupon unless they have a promotion in the same days.

Took my elderly aunt here because she wanted to buy new shoes. She had her coupons ready lol. So we walked around and looked at a couple of items. She decided what she wanted and we headed over to the registers to check out. This is when we found out that the coupons she had we're not valid for the shoes that she wanted. There was never any mention on the coupon itself or in the shoe department for anywhere in that store for that matter that you couldn't use this coupon on certain shoes.

Had a bad experience at the cash register . Jenhea I believe her name was, super rude and dismissive didn’t say hello, no eye contact, didn’t even acknowledge me, was having a whole conversation with her fellow coworker. It felt like I was a bother to her by checking out at her register because I was making them stray from the loud conversations they were having . I will never return to this Kohl’s based on this sole interaction because as a customer I don’t want to feel awkward when I’m trying to make a purchase . Super uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Black Friday was amazing . Associates were very cheerful and nice. Everything was organized and made my shopping experience so much fun that I came back the next day with my cold cash and found an out of season rug was over $100.00 discounted to $69.00. The manager lowered it even lower cause it was out of season. I walked out barely, paying $25.00. Wow!! Thanks, Kohl's !! You got my business.
