I came in there without an appointment with my tooth in excruciating pain and they took me in I had to wait a pit however it wasn’t super long, I just played some games on my phone to distract myself. Everyone was really nice I felt they had real concern for me. I didn’t get the root canal however they gave me antibiotics and pain meds and I’ll be going back soon to get my tooth worked on. I feel they are going to be good people and will take good care of me.

Office staff was very friendly and professional. The dentist explained everything and was easy to understand the recommended procedures. The office was clean and comfortable. I am reluctant to give 5 stars because my procedures are scheduled for another day, this was my initial visit.

Been coming here since they opened, they listen to my needs and address them with care. Any issues I've ever had have been addressed satisfactory. Prices are fair, they go out of their way to verify maximum coverage for you with insurance before putting forth your investment

Took the day off for my appointment today and there was nobody in the building. I showed up 10 minutes early to check in and waited over 50 minutes and no one has even showed up. Called multiple times and no answer. I thought they were on lunch but according to the schedule posted, they should have been back already. There was 3 others waiting as well but they ended up leaving Not sure what happened because my first visit was great

I’ve been coming to Bright Now Dental in Beaumont for about a year now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and the wait times have never been unreasonable. What really stands out is how thorough the dentist is. He takes the time to explain every procedure and walks you through all of your options so you understand exactly what’s going on. You never feel rushed, and it really feels like he cares about doing the job right. Before coming here, I went to Western Dental and my experience there was completely different. I often felt rushed and like the work wasn’t done as carefully. Since switching to Bright Now Dental, I finally feel like I can truly trust my dentist and the entire team. There’s no pressure or hidden agenda—just honest explanations and great care. If you’re looking for a dentist in the Beaumont area, I would absolutely recommend them.
