This is a review for a smog check that I had done on February 3rd this is a place that is located very convenient and right off the road Plus corner lot , when I got there there was no waiting the person that helped me *Chuy* he was very helpful about explaining how the system works when transferring a car from one state to the other and having the need to get a smog certificate for the new registration in California he was very knowledgeable about his job specifically about license plate numbers and letters from Nevada to California so that was interesting so that I know how to read what the license plate exactly is zero instead of an o etcetera when I first got there I thought he was the owner but he is an employee he does have an attitude as an owner great customer service friendliness welcoming attitude bilingual Spanish English which was fun because I'm also bilingual . there was another older guy there didn't say hello to me , whoever the owner is that person is very lucky to have an employee like this working for her/him hope he gets paid fairly, because people like Chuy, it continues bringing business and therefore it keeps the business open especially in this type of atmosphere aware customer service is very important it can make or break a business having a smog check certification is something that sounds simple but if it doesn't pass there's so much involved that could go wrong with the transaction so I was blessed that my car passed and I was back on the road and felt very blessed to have interacted with such a great person (Jesus/Chuy= keep being yourself and Blessings) Go Quetzales

I have brought many vehicles, including a heavy duty diesel truck, to this shop. They are always friendly and efficient. I have always had an excellent experience.
