I had a flawless experience with Marco Nieto at Bakersfield Hyundai! As a first time car buyer, I was a little nervous going in, but Marco made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress free. He helped me get into a 2026 Hyundai Venue, which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s fuel efficient, spacious, and not a sedan. It fits my needs perfectly. What really stood out was how dedicated Marco was, he even stayed late to make sure I could drive away with my car the same day and personally delivered it to my house! I ran into an issue getting the car insured before leaving the lot, but Marco was incredibly knowledgeable and helped resolve everything quickly and efficiently. His patience and willingness to go above and beyond truly made all the difference. At no point did I feel pressured. Marco took the time to walk me through everything and treated me like a person, not just another sale which I really appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. This review is for Anthony and Pete. These guys worked with me to get the best possible deal on my new Santa Fe. Anthony even drove to another dealership to get the exact color I wanted. This vehicle purchase was one of the best! Jacob, our sales representative was beyond professional. He never rushed us when we arrived to the dealership and told him we were not buying. He listened to us and then showed us a few options. We returned a few days later. We discussed numbers and never was there a sense of being rushed or forced to make a decision. They didn’t have the car we wanted. Jacob and his team went above and beyond to locate the vehicle. We purchased the car the next day. It went so smooth. Very thankful.

The oil changes usually take four hours (even with a scheduled appointment), which is okay when they provide an uber home and an uber back to the dealership. However, now they're only providing a one way uber, so you have to find another ride. The work has always been fine and the customer service great, but that's just too long without two way transportation.
