I Went for a smog and was able to get that taken care of no problem. The young man with brown hair and glasses who did the smog was professional and polite as well as marco who closed me out was kind and carefully went over all that was done on my visit and also gave me some free air fresheners. 5 stars for friendy service.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Atascadero. I am very satisfied with the service I received. The manager was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly identified and fixed my oil leak issue, and it was clear that he truly understands his work. The entire experience was smooth, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Fast service informative I needed a rear end and transmission flush along with a synthetic oil change for my 2000 Toyota pre runner along with all the standard checks along with a reasonable discount. The truck feels like it made a difference. Thank you

Scheduled my oil service and it was done quickly in about an hour. Cole was very helpful with closing out my service when the initial quote differed from the final price. I appreciate his willingness to help and putting customers first! Thank you and my family will continue to come here!

Brought my car in for a smog check. It took only 20 minutes but the technician did not process the certificate. I was told the DMV would already have it in their system and when I went to their kiosk it said I still needed my smog check. Upon viewing their copy of the certificate I read that the technician chose not to print. Had to go back and they had to run the car again to get the certificate printed properly. It cost me over an hour of my time for them to fix a mistake. I just want people to do their jobs.
