My go-to spot for tire related issues! The team is awesome here. They always try to fit me in when they can and are quick! I've gotten new tires (team explained all of the options really well), and they've saved my tires from the occasional nails. They also have a comfortable waiting room that you can wait in while they work on your car.

Everyone was very nice, great communication. Got all new tires (buy 3 get 1 free with purchase of extended warranty deal), alignment, and a full synthetic oil change. All came out to about $1.2k. Hurts the wallet for sure, but reasonable price for everything. Was very patient with my questions. I didn't feel pressured into adding additional services, which is part of the reason I decided to go ahead with the recommendations of the man I was speaking with. Going into any type of car place by myself as a young woman is usually a hit or miss, but I felt respected and listened to. I left feeling like I completely understood what I had paid for, why I had paid that amount, and what the different warranties covered. Will definitely be back for continued car maintenance and repairs.

I was searching for a tire shop that was open on Sunday and found Big Brand in AG. I called them around 10:30 AM and to see if they could do the work I needed done, and I asked the price. I was told approximately $130. I went in to the shop around 3 PM to have them do the work. I waited patiently 5-10 minutes for the employee to finish his sad sales pitch on the customer before me. When it came my turn, I explained to him that I was new to the area and that I too have a automotive specialty shop where we work on engines and classic vehicles. The employee couldn't even put together a response or acknowledge the words I spoke. He then proceeds to quote me something like $210 for the work but he'll "take care of me" for around $160 since I have a shop. I explained to him that I had called that morning and received a different price and he challenged me, making me feel like I was being called a liar. I did not remember the name of the employee I spoke with earlier that morning, unfortunately. I was then rudely told that they couldn't do it that day. What?! All I brought in was 4 wheels and tires and 4 new tires to swap out. It takes about 20 minutes to do this work. A pretty simple job and an easy money maker with little liability for a tire man. I've been in this industry for 19 years professionally. I am usually the guy behind the counter or the computer screen selling the work. I could NEVER imagine being as rude to a customer as this unnamed employee in a black Nike jacket was to me. I am relatively new to the area and was simply looking for a tire shop I can work with. My family has been going to this particular shop for their tire and alignment needs as well but I will make damn sure they never go back. Such a disappointment. Funny thing is, I went next door to American Tire Depot and they were able to complete the work at the $160 price without any fake discount to make me feel better. They were nice and they did a great job. I don't care where you go but as a 19 year veteran of this industry, I definitely can't recommend Big Brand in AG.

The staff were amazing here. We had brake work done six months back, but they didn’t reshape the rotors, so while visiting family just for one night before continuing on a trip, we made an appointment and explained our concerns. The staff were so accommodating; inspecting, reshaping, and making sure our car was in tip-top shape to continue our adventures. The service was amazing, he was so kind, and the brakes have been great. Thank you!

I’ve gone to this Big Brand for years!! The last year has been such a change. The service is void…I feel like an inconvenience just being there. Someone needs eyes on the employees. Terrible service. I need a new spot. Too bad. I tried three separate times to give them another chance but each time was the same. Rude, ignored, and felt awful leaving and spending my money there. Big regret!
