I recently had a teeth whitening treatment with Jose at Dr. Bauer Dental Group, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Jose was incredibly gentle, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Dr. Bauer was equally kind and thorough during my exam, taking the time to review everything in detail and answer my questions. It's clear that everyone in the office genuinely cares about their patients and providing exceptional care. I was a ER patient in extreme pain. Got me in same day! Beautiful facility with state of the art equipment. Professional staff, very efficient, accommodating, very informative. Went through the treatment plan & received my approval prior to treatment. No hidden fees. Transparency is high on my priority. 1000% recommend.

After having a few frustrating (though not terrible) experiences with 2 other dental practices in the area, a friend referred me to Bauer Dental; I was very impressed by the thorough information provided on their web site, and I set up a consultation with them. I was very comfortable with the consult session, where I had very good interactions with office staff, and dental technicians. I met both the dentists on their team, Dr Bauer and Dr. Sivo, who both listened to my concerns and worked up a treatment plan for some work that I already knew needed to be done, and also some additional treatment that they recommended by showing me detailed info from my X-rays and scans. They discussed insurance coverage and payment options, and, although costly, I feel comfortable knowing they have the technology, expertise, and skilled dental practitioners to do the work correctly. I met at least 5 people on their team in total during this visit, and I am very impressed with the professionalism of their entire team. I feel they will meet or exceed the expectations I was used to experiencing with my previous wonderful dental practice, that I had in the SF Bay area, prior to relocating to the Central Coast over 2 years ago.

I forgot the name of the lady that did my cleaning but she was the best gentle and nice and explained everything she was doing made sure I was ok the whole time. I have high anxiety going to dentals from extremely bad experience in the past. This one made it different and excited for my journey on getting my teeth cleaned and fixed. Definitely worth it 10000x I’d recommend. If you suffer high anxiety give Bauer dental a try it will definitely change your prospective and have you happy to get your dental done. Can’t wait until my next appointment in November !

Very friendly and beautiful practice with up to date methods. The staff made my daughter and I feel relaxed in a way not many dental experiences do. Doctor was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining what procedures she would recommend.
