honestly it made my whole day, they were so nice and patient with me, i was really nervouse but teh hygenist talked me through everything and I felt ok the whole time. yes the waiting room is tiny and the building is kinda old but the staff made up for it totally, dr. parker had a great sense of humor and didnt make me feel dumb for my teeth being a mess. i litterally cant stop thinking about how good that expierience was, im actualy looking forward to going back for my cleaning in 6 months, defiently my new dental home.

Coming from a dental visit hater giving a 5 star rating should encourage you to give them a try. Absolutely love their staff from front to back office. I personally had a visit with Dr Lopez and was happy to see he had my best interest and well being at heart along with a comfortable exam. I was worked in with a hygienist that day who had time to do half of my mouth and returned on another visit for the other half. Expert care by both hygienists. I was made to feel at home and my comfort was always taken well care of. Actually enjoyed my visits and look forward to continued care. Thank you Parkway Dental, Dr. Lopez, and hygienists Vincent and Jaylinn for your expert care.

Dentists are great, front office staff seem not to be able to conduct themselves professionally when there are too many calls. I Called in and was asked to hold, was holding for 10min then it disconnected me. I attempted to call back, when the woman answered advising that there were people ahead, I attempted to tell her I had been waiting and their system hung up on me, to which the woman started raising her voice and talking over me then threw me back on hold. Very unprofessional and could cause people to seek other offices.
