My wife and I went on a Wednesday evening. It was fairly quiet and there was no wait for a table. We were served promptly and staff was friendly. I ordered the daily special, Carnitas. My wife ordered crab enchilada from the ala carte menu. Also enjoyed the chips and salsa and sangria!

Sunday night at the Cielia's bar is a good time to get together and catch up with friends. Excellent drinks, friendly bar tender. The food was very satisfying. I have eaten there before, and it is always very good.

Upset and tired living here

I was looking for food to be catered for special event for my family searched in it all over Contra Costa County and came up upon Cecilia’s. Hector, the owner located in Antioch was amazing informative. I said it establishment and had an amazing margarita and an entrée. The food was superior, and the margarita was outstanding. I placed my catering order and got superior reviews on. The order was more than enough to feed the number of guest that I had. I give my wholehearted, thanks and respect the actor and Cecilia’s restaurant. Thank you very much for your professionalism and Excellent food.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Antioch in my opinion. Salsa is definitely a close second but this spot has them beat with the combination of great food, great drinks, but most of all they have great service. The staff is always friendly and the portions of food for the price is incredible. My wife and will stop in for the lunch special and split the Espresso Burrito because that thing is a monster!! When we go at nights for dinner we like to stop by every night but especially on Thursday’s because they bring in mariachi bands and they play music for everyone and it adds a flavor of authentic seasoning that no other Mexican restaurant in Antioch has. So if you haven’t been here before? I highly recommend you stop in for a plate, you will not be disappointed!

Took about 10 minutes to get a seat. 25 minutes to order and 1+ hours and we still had no food. Not the best experience for the first time in years. We have as good of places closer to home. Not even "5th" on our list of places to have Mexican food. Wait staff doesn't look like theh help each other. Manager attempted to make good, so that's a plus. The place is very loud when its full.
