I absolutely love this dentist! My family has been coming here for almost 10 years, and their care has always been exceptional. Recently, my son broke his tooth, and they went above and beyond to ensure he received the best treatment. They didn’t stop until we found the perfect place for his root canal. To maintain his confidence, they kept the temporary bonding in place until he was able to get his root canal and cap. They never told us no...they truly cared. Seeing my son struggle after his tooth broke was heartbreaking, but their dedication made all the difference. My youngest two children are also treated with patience and care every visit. The bad reviews honestly seem personal, because their work is truly amazing. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for my family!" 😊

Horrible. They half do the work, I missed an appointment because of work and the whole office was upset. Not to mention that after treatment I went to emergency twice. They did a fill over a tooth that needed a root canal, and I’ve been in pain for months. The Drs are friendly, however the front desk is dismissive and it is hard to get appointment after cancellation. Even if you cancel for being sick or having an emergency they hold it against you.

Seems like most of the reviews align with our experience - rude staff, incompetent management, poor patient treatment, and worst of all, the quality of work is subpar. My mother went in for a filling that fell out, and she was in PAIN. After insurance, etc, she went back in for treatment of the tooth, and they started working on other teeth?? Not even the tooth she went in for. Finally, they worked on the tooth (after arguing with us) for the filing just to fall out a month later. Still no responses from the office or Dr. Disappointing. Will be placing a complaint with the DOI. They should not perform work on patients they can't take care of.

Well I’m not surprised that most of the reviews for this office are negative. The front staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They never answer their phone or return calls. When you are able to reach the front desk they have attitude and are just flat out RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The dentist is a nice woman but the fillings she provided for our family were all poorly done and had to be corrected elsewhere. They seriously need to clean it up or they’re going to lose a lot of patients! Sorry but I 10/10 DON’T recommend.

Receptionist is extremely unprofessional and RUDE. I called to try and book an appointment for a filling and and she was so rude and put me on hold for 20 minutes. After calling back after an hour she picked up and hung up on me. Not sure why someone would do this. Speaking with her last week she was super rude and pretty much said/tried anything to get me off the phone. The receptionist is making this business look very bad. I wouldn’t want someone like her to work for me. NO WONDER THEY HAVE BAD REVIEWS. Do not go here unless you want a rude women talk down to you. If I could give zero stars I would. Personally I am glad to see this business true colors, and don’t want to spend a dime here. Glad they exposed themselves because I would be SCARED for them to touch my mouth.
