Cascade came promptly to check out my central air unit. I called on Thursday and they were here by Friday. Arrived on time. Was quickly able to assess the problem and got it fixed. All in less than 30 mins. I've used Cascade in the past and will most definitely be using them for all my a/c and heating needs.

Best folks in their profession.. Sales, office staff, installers ,technicians, Cleanup ,billing,follow up services..... Start to finish and beyond ...#1.. CASCADE replaced two rooftop Heat/Ac units on my duplex in March of 25... I'm super impressed !

Hands down the best company out there for this type of work. Great customer service from the time of placing the call and scheduling the appointment, to the technician arriving and performing the work. Highly recommend to anyone out there!

I have been using Cascade Comfort since I bought this house to maintain my HVAC system. I am a Cascade Care Plus Advantage member. They come out twice a year and just check on everything in the service it. The service tech Beau is my favorite

Everyone I dealt with at Cascade was top notch. From the dispatch ladies to Matt and Pat, they were very prompt and professional. They sent someone out pretty last minute on an emergency situation at my house. Would definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!
