First time customer and my experience was very good. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. My initial impression of the facility was positive. It is clean, and has a pleasant decor. I could hear Dr.Tim with a patient who was their prior to me. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He provides information that helps the patient relax. When it was my turn, we discussed my situation. I am much larger than him, but it was not an issue. He is very good and extremely patient. He did not need to man handle me. I stood up after and felt much better and relieved. I would recommend Dr. Tim and the Joint Chiropractic in Anaheim.

The receptionist was amazing! Great mood and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The doctor was amazing as well! He took his time to teach me all about what was going to happen. As much as I would like to say I feel much better I don’t but doc explained it would take time to correctly adjust me. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend!

I’ve seen the chiropractors only twice in my supposed 8 visits. I just didn’t want to continue with it. When you are sick, you can’t think straight. I was sick and distraught and I don’t know why I was signing a contract for. I never fully understood what I got myself into until I got myself better from my medical doctor’s appointment. That’s why I tried to call before the 14th of July to cancel my contract. Now the 15th came and I got charged. After many tries of contacting, the front desk finally took my call. The front desk wouldn’t honor my cancellation. Where in the world can you find an establishment who doesn’t honor a cancellation? I will report this establishment to the federal trade commission and to all the agencies that protect the rights of consumers. This act of not honoring a consumer cancellation is wrong and illegal. Nobody should be tied to a contract when somebody doesn’t want it anymore and the services are not even made. This is an outright violation of a consumer right!

Front desk lady was very welcoming. She really cares about my wellbeing. This Dr. was amazing. He was able to adjust my neck and back. I left there feeling pretty good. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

First time going in. Did a walk in. From the time they opened the door the young lady was very attentive and welcoming. The chiro walked me through the process and also very attentive. I walked in limping and walked out, perfect. I loved everyone.
