Solid experience at this dermatology clinic near Disney. The place feels calm and organized, quietly clean, soft background music, people speaking both English and Chinese which helped a lot. The doctor was professional and attentive, actually looked at my skin closely and explained things in simple words. Beautician seemed skilled and gentle, kept checking if I felt okay. Had a really good visit here, close to Disneyland, so it was convenient after a long day. The clinic feels calm and tidy, soft music, no strong smell, front desk switched between English and Chinese really smoothly which helped a lot. Doctor was professional and attentive, actually looked closely at my skin and explained things in simple terms, not rushed at all. The way they handled the whole hydrafacial process felt careful and pretty relaxing, my face looked fresher walking out. Professional dermatology clinic near Disney. I went to 1713 W Katella Ave Anaheim ca 92804 for some skin concerns, tbh I was a bit nervous, but the doctor made me feel calm and he was really attentive and so skilled with his hands. Treated me as I wanted to be treated which was wonderful. Asked good questions, explained things calmly clearly, checked details on my skin, not rushed at all. And he made it painless for diagnostic skin procedure. The environment is quiet, so so clean. lights bright and soft, The rooms are private and quiet, and the chairs are relaxing and ideal for receiving any type of service be at clinical or on the beautician side. you can relax in the waiting area albeit the location is small. It’s surprisingly large in the back but even in the wait area the front end staff is five star and the new patient paperwork is streamlined so that there’s no dirty used pens and clipboards straight to your phone very straightforward and easy.. Staff Was polished and friendly and very laid-back. Their location was a bit further from my house than I first knew, but based on the quality of service I received I would drive over an hour to go here again. They were very accommodating and very friendly. They run a pristine facility. The doctor is absolutely superb. They have multiple language options ranging from English and Chinese communications, which helps a lot for all serviced clients. Please note that upon entering the parking lot entrance is almost easy to miss at first because it comes up quickly after the intersection and is immediately on your right hand side if you’re going west on Katella. It’s a bit of a small in grass and egress however, there’s plentiful parking once you’re in the lot. As I said, the facility itself is small. It’s tucked in very discreetly beside the urgent care. On the left left-hand side. But the parking is so easy they have a spot that’s right in front of their store that you can walk 10 steps from your car door to the front desk. They make you feel comfortable they work with the insurances that you have. I really can’t say anything negative about it. The only downside would be the small entry way to the parking lot. I’ll be a repeat client. I also believe I met the Owner, who was extremely kind and welcoming providing superb service.

I had a great experience here—the esthetician really knew her stuff. She was so skilled and detailed, like she actually paid attention to what my skin needed instead of just following a script. The anti-aging facial? Honestly felt like such good value for what you get—my skin looked and felt smoother right after. Plus, they were super attentive without being overbearing, which I appreciated. Little things, like explaining each step as they went along, made the whole process relaxing but also reassuring. It’s not easy finding services that feel this personalized, but this place nailed it for me.

I’ve gotten two hydrafacials from dermlounge. Both times I’ve came out very satisfied. The rooms are nice and clean. Good privacy. The hydrafacial is a multi-step process and is not your typical scrub/apply a mask and rinse. There’s also a massage portion for your arms and scalp, and that really surprised me! I’ve gone to other places like in newport and they really can’t compare at all. The attention to detail and care here is amazing. The short drive for me and price is worth it in my opinion.
