It creates that dynamic atmosphere that keeps you engaged. It’s definitely a spot where patience can turn into a really good find. 🛍️

Worst Burlington I have ever been to. Every single worker is extremely rude. They have no one running the fitting rooms and when you ask them for help they are so annoyed to do THEIR own job. When we were looking at the clothing there was a worker standing right behind us basically telling us to move out of her way. When getting to cash register our cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional talking about other customers in front of us.

RED THIS IF YOU NEED TO TRY ON CLOTHES! I went in at 9:25 on Sunday Jun 14 to purchase last minute work attire. By 9:40 I had clothes to try on but couldn't find the fitting room. I found an associate & asked about the fitting room & she stated the fitting room was CLOSED, apparently they close it at 9pm!!! I was in disbelief because the store closes at 11pm. I also verified store hours because online hours are not always accurate and she stated 11pm!! I went to TJ Maxx prior to this & they close at 9:30. They still let me try on clothes at 9:10, 20 mins before closing. But somehow Burlington fitting rooms were closed 1hr & 20 mins before store closure???

Rude workers ! No one is at the fitting room and went to go ask people on markdown to open the bathroom since there’s a code. The older lady with curly hair on markdowns swatted her hand and got annoyed and said someone will open the bathroom and then went herself. Worse customer service here ever.

This newly opened Burlington Coat 🧥 factory 🏭 store is large. well stocked, and organized. Plenty of free parking. It’s part of Anaheim Plaza that includes 5 below, TJ max, Walmart and other stores.
