Dr. Omer Abbas is truly one of the best veterinarians I’ve ever met. From the moment we walked in, he treated my dog with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. You can immediately tell that he loves what he does and truly cares about the animals he treats. He took the time to thoroughly examine my dog and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. That level of attention and compassion means a lot as a pet owner. It’s not easy to find a veterinarian you completely trust, but Dr. Abbas definitely earned that trust. I feel confident knowing my dog is in such good hands. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate vet, I highly recommend Dr. Omer Abbas. Thank you for taking such great care of my dog.

I have been a loyal client of Anaheim Animal Care for approximately 10 years and have trusted them with my two large dogs throughout that time. Even after moving farther away, I continued making the drive because I appreciated the care they had provided. On my most recent visit, I received a phone call asking for my estimated arrival time. I honestly told them I would be about 15–20 minutes late. Instead of showing any understanding or appreciation for my years of loyalty, the conversation immediately shifted to informing me about a late fee. I understand that every business has policies, but customer service also matters. After a decade of choosing this practice, I had hoped there would be at least a little flexibility or a one-time courtesy. Instead, the focus was solely on collecting an additional fee. That conversation made my decision easy. There will be no appointment, no payment, and no future business from me. I will be taking both of my dogs to a veterinarian much closer to home—one that values long-term relationships with its clients as much as its policies. Loyalty should count for something. Unfortunately, it didn’t here.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Anaheim Animal Care & Pet Hospital for the past 5 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and provides amazing customer service. Abigail and Tia in particular were very kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The vet is also fantastic—very down-to-earth, friendly, and genuinely caring. Thanks Dr.Wu! You can tell they truly care about the animals and their owners. After 5 years of bringing my dog here, I definitely recommend Anaheim Animal Care & Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team!

Omar Abbas is an amazing vet. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and always treats both my dog and me with respect. Every time I’ve brought my dog in, he has taken the time to carefully check everything and explain what’s going on, which really gives me peace of mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. Everyone is respectful, welcoming, and they make the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, and the clinic is well organized. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, and I truly trust them with my pet’s care. I would definitely recommend bringing your pet here if you’re looking for a knowledgeable vet and a great team.

I finally found a great vet's office where the Dr actually cares about my pet and takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, even though she's busy. The techs also treated my dog with great care. Love this place!
