Excellent stay at this hotel. Everything felt brand new. The room was very large and featured a full kitchen and living room. the products in the bathroom were top notch, the bed was very comfortable and the walls were thick (Couldnt hear neighbors). The staff was welcoming and provided good service. Appreciated the breakfast buffet and the staff was doing their best to keep everything in stock, but few things like coffee, creamer would run out and not get replenished fast enough. I would definitely stay here again

One of the friendliest hotel teams I’ve come across in all my years of staying at hotels. You can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel welcome and are always happy to help. Every time I called, someone at the front desk answered promptly, which is something I really appreciated. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. The entire hotel is exceptionally well maintained, and it’s clear there are plenty of staff working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. The general manager, Bernardino, was especially impressive. He was courteous, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciated his support and professionalism. It’s easy to see how his leadership has created such a warm, attentive team that delivers outstanding customer service.

This was a great hotel to stay at for our trip to the Napa Valley area. When we first arrived, there was a wine tasting in the lobby from a local winery. That was a treat and the wine was really good. The rooms were clean, large, and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and made sure you had what you needed. There is a lot of things nearby the hotel but actual Napa downtown is about a 15-20 min drive. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well. We would definitely return!

My mother-in-law and I stayed at this hotel during our recent trip to Napa and San Francisco. The hotel was conveniently located and immaculately clean. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, accomodating, and kind. Our interactions with Grace, Carlos, Christian, and Martina, and the housekeeping staff were pleasant. I would recommend Home 2 Suites in American Canyon to anyone looking for a great experience.

Great location, room, staff! Hotel is new and in great conditions. Commodities are well thought through. We had an issue in our room and it was resolved by staff. They made us feel welcomed. Prices were high due to Bottle Rock , but hopefully when we stay there again prices will be more reasonable. Enjoyed our stay!
