It made me feel really relaxed and well taken care of, which was exactly what I needed after a long day on the road. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable enough that I actually slept through the night for once. I had a small issue with the coffee maker, but the front desk girl switched it out for me within five minutes without any attitude. Breakfast was basic but everything was fresh and not swimming in grease. I liked that the parking was easy to pull into after dark. I would definitely stay here again next time I pass through Alturas.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Especially for a budget hotel in a small town, they're doing an amazing job. The outdoors is spotlessly clean with beautiful flowers, every service person we interacted with was friendly and helpful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the free breakfast had the all the basics, plus fresh fruit and delicious coffee. We felt safe with solid locks on the doors, there was plenty of parking, the central location was very convenient, and the neighborhood is peaceful and calm. They're even pet-friendly!

Very clean, maybe the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed at. My room was in the annex which I thought was a little weird but it was very clean and comfortable.

I give the 5 stars in this genre of hotels. The rooms were very clean and updated. The staff were friendly, hardworking and attentive. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good coffee. Very well taken care of and had great curb appeal.
