While going between two nursing facilities, I ran over a metal that punctured my tire. I was able to get same day FREE of charge patch and plug. That only took maybe 1.5 hours. The shop worker even gave me some education on needing a "key" for a certian lug nut. Received an estimate of a set of new tires that I needed desperately. I ordered my tires and they were delivered and put on in a timely manner. Receptionist was very attentive as well.

Great service, discovered we had a tire that needed to be replaced, too worn to continue to drive on. Noel and crew were excellent. Thank you 👍

My wife and I were passing through Cedarville Ca, after spending time on many dirt roads, when a back brake began screeching. We headed to the Les Schwab in Alturas. The staff let us use a hose to spray off dust and debris to see if this solved the problem, if it didn't they said it would be a 30 minute wait. The spraying did not resolve the issue so we were prepared to wait for them to be able to investigate further. Instead of having to wait, a staff person immediately removed the tire and he a small rock wedged between the brake and the drum. Problem solved! Exceptional customer service, no charge! Thanks Les Schwab!

They really take care of you if you get your tires from them. Friendly staff , have had similar experience at Les Schwab in Burney.

There's Les Schwab.... Then there's molasses.... Pretty sure the molasses lapped Schwab a few times in this race to change a tire... The employees were more focused on talking about yesterday's happenings then they were changing a tire... Les himself didn't even like California.... There was a reason for that... Small town with no small town values.. Typical California The only .... literally the only reason I gave this place a 5 star rating is because of the gentleman at the front desk.... Noel. If it wasn't for that guy this woulda been a 1⭐ for sure. Give that guy a raise
