I really enjoyed the newborn series classes! It was such a wonderful experience getting to meet other moms who had babies around the same time as me. Having a community of people who understand what you're going through made such a difference. It was so nice to connect, share experiences, and support one another during this new stage of life. I'm so grateful for the friendships and sense of community these classes provided. I loved how every week was a new topic. I am sad it’s over. I looked forward to each class every week. I would 100% recommend it to other new moms!

I just recently completed the Newborn series for first-time moms and absolutely loved it! The facilitator was great (shout-out to Julie!) and I learned great tips on how to care for my newborn baby. The guest speakers were fantastic and provided valuable information on topics for both baby (sleep, tummy time) and mom (postpartum body, maintaining relationships post-baby). I’m so grateful to have made lifelong friendships with the other moms in my class - even after the class ended we still stay connected in our text group chat and plan weekly outings with our babies and husbands/partners. I couldn’t recommend this program enough, especially to first-time moms who are looking for a supportive community after experiencing one of the biggest changes in their life.

As a first-time mom, I can’t say enough good things about New Mom School. Those early weeks can feel overwhelming, and I’m so grateful I had this community to help me navigate them. One of the biggest benefits was that it got us out of the house every week. As a new mom, having that structure and routine was exactly what I needed. The weekly “homework” encouraged us to practice self-care and gave me the gentle push I needed to prioritize myself, even in small ways. I also loved that each week focused on a different topic relevant to where we were in our postpartum journey. I’ll be honest - not every guest expert resonated with me equally - but I always appreciated the conversations they sparked. Some of my biggest takeaways came from hearing the other moms share their experiences, ask questions I hadn’t thought of, and offer support and encouragement. Our instructor, Julie, was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and created such a safe, judgment-free space for everyone. She made everyone feel seen and supported, and it was clear how much she genuinely cared about each mom in the group. I left with practical knowledge, more confidence as a new mom, and a wonderful group of friends. If you’re a first-time mom, I wholeheartedly recommend New Mom School. It was one of the best investments I made in my postpartum experience, and I’m so thankful I signed up.

This has been the best experience to build a community during the transition of becoming a new mom! To be around other moms going through the same thing was so reassuring and also helped build my confidence to leave the house and practice taking the baby some place easy and supportive. The curriculum was also super informative and timely - would highly recommend New Mom School to all new mamas!

I love New Mom School! I have taken three classes (Infant, Rising Toddler A, Rising Toddler B) at this location in Aliso Viejo, and I wish that I could keep taking more. Unfortunately, my daughter turned 1 recently, but if they ever offer a toddler class I would absolutely sign up. It has been such a joy to make new friends and feel supported in this new chapter of my life. I am still constantly in touch with moms that I met through New Mom School. Just this past weekend, we had a moms' night in on Friday night and then a family pool party on Sunday. Thank you, New Mom School, for helping me find my village!
