I love everything about this studio!! Trainers, environment , location, community and cute swag! I started my experience with the 3 classes for $49 and bought the unlimited membership. Nothing about that journey has been disappointing so far!! It’s a nice change of scenery from only lifting weights in the gym - I recommend trying it out and taking advantage of that beginners special!!!

I had such a great experience at FS8 Aliso Viejo. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into the class, but the workout ended up being intense in the best way — challenging, yet totally doable (thankfully!). One thing I really appreciated was the screens throughout the studio that model each movement. It made it so easy to follow along, and I never felt lost or behind during the workout. Such a thoughtful setup and an overall awesome experience.

Honestly if you’re not going here generally what are you doing with your life. I’m an ex gymnast and I wanted workouts like challenges me and humbles me, not only are the workout themselves so creative and challenging, ALL the trainers there are literally my best friends now, they don’t just want to know about the workout and their class. They genuinely care about you as an individual. One of my favourite places as I spend almost everyday there now since signing up in March of this year

What a fun experience! The studio is surrounded with windows with gorgeous views of the sunrise and trees. I love that the screens have the timers and all the exercise shown so it’s really easy to follow. Our instructor Crissy was wonderful, full of energy and pushing us on. The cardio and Strength components were a nice surprise, really making this more of a contemporary Pilates class which I really enjoyed and appreciated.

FS8 rocks! Crissy is the best in OC perfect form example and she even throws in modifications for difficult moves. Mel knows how to keep class Spicy! Janette brings peace! Cristina has F45 team training experience! Overall very happy with the instructors! I’ve yet to take Kristin and Leslie’s classes, looking forward to where fs8 is going! Lucky to have one in California! Definitely working muscles I haven’t touched much at F45
