Had a coolant leak on my car and couldn't figure out where it was coming from so I made an appointment with them for the day after. I took it in and they immediately found out what it was and they repaired it right away and got my car back just a few hours after with no issues anymore. This is my second time going to Gilbert Motor Services and I can say I am 100% pleased with the work and service provided by them.

Highly recommend. Darren is awesome. Great service. My bill actually ended up being a bit cheaper than the initial estimate. As an out of state college student that level of trustworthiness and reliability is hard to find in a repair shop these days.

My recient visit visit was for oil change. I've been going to Gilbert Motors for years since my neighbor recommended him. I've never been disappointed. I have over 240,000 miles. He said he can keep it going for 500,000 I have a 2007 Honda CRV.

After experiencing issues with my dome lights not coming on consistently, keyless entry not working at times, and the EPC light came on a few times, I initially consulted my dealership during an 80k service. They claimed my battery was faulty and quoted me $500 for a replacement. However, when I had AAA test the battery, they found it to be healthy and declined a warranty replacement. I then called GMS and Darren was able to fit me in the very next day. For a fair price of $49, he tested and fully charged the battery, and my vehicle is now running perfectly. It is clear that Darren is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. I appreciate their honesty and fair pricing, and I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Gilbert for future service.
