This is one of the better verified birthday food offers.

IHOP Rewards members receive 5 PanCoins during their birthday month, which can be redeemed for a free full stack of Original Buttermilk Pancakes.

There is an important signup deadline.

According to IHOP, you must already be an IHOP Rewards member before the first day of your birthday month to receive the birthday PanCoins.

So if your birthday is September 20, don't wait until September 19 to sign up.

Regal Unlimited members get an upgraded birthday reward of a large popcorn and large soft drink, although Unlimited itself is a paid membership.
